A shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable on all orders below ₹1500. Additionally, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD fee of ₹100 will be charged.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping as a promotional benefit on our website, in such case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid during that offer time.

DELIVERY -

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of placing the order. While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays due to unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control, and we are unable to take responsibility for the same.

Do not accept any package that appears tampered with, and do not share the delivery OTP unless the product has been physically received.

If you would like your order to be delivered sooner, please reach out to us at connect@fclo.in before or immediately after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Charges may be applicable.

Each piece that leaves our studio is crafted with great care, love, and attention to detail. We carefully inspect every garment for quality and pack it thoughtfully before it reaches you. However, if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help and ensure you find the perfect outfit for your little one.
